My educational background equips me to work with individuals of all age groups, encompassing a variety of lifestyle factors. I specialize in finding the root cause of inflammation and weight gain that is often associated with illness and chronic disease.
I am well-versed in facilitating lifestyle modification through professional behavior change techniques, as well as personalized dietary and weight-loss supplementation strategies when appropriate.
Having battled my own health challenges for many years, I found solace in natural remedies by embracing the fundamental five pillars of optimal living: proper nutrition, physical activity, stress reduction, sleep restoration, and mindfulness. This personal journey ignited a passion in me to help others on their own healing journey.
